Give thanks for:

• For the 90+ children who came along to our Holiday Club in July and God’s provision of an enthusiastic team of helpers who faithfully shared the gospel with them each day.
• For our church “Big Day Out” in Alnmouth where relationships across the church family were deepened and we had the chance to learn together from the book of Ephesians about what it means to live as one in Christ.
• For a successful application to the Charity Commission for a new Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) for Holy Trinity church to ensure good governance and accountability in the years ahead.
• For new leaders coming forward to oversee our Scramblers (2.5-4 year olds) and Climbers (4-7 year olds) groups from September.

Please pray for:

• We’re going to trial spending the first 10-15 minutes of our services with all ages (including Creche, Scramblers, Climbers, Explorers and JAM) gathered together before going out to their groups. Pray this would go smoothly and be a mutual benefit to us all – reminding us that God welcomes us no matter our age, stage, or ability to sit still or quietly.
• Pray for increasing opportunities to build links with our local community and share the good news of Jesus with them as we launch a new community cafe on Tuesday mornings.
• Pray for all the logistics of establishing the new CIO and getting good policies and governance arrangements in place that would serve the gospel work here in the years ahead.
