Give thanks for:

1. For gospel partners from outside of Grays. They are a real blessing to us.
2. We had five couples in church life celebrating significant marriage milestones this year which was celebrated in church one Sunday during August and followed by a BBQ. It was a joyful day and, with guests, we had over 50 people worshipping together (the most we’ve ever had).
3. For a couple who have offered to help start some youth work.

Please pray for:

1. For the possibility of including some testimonies in our Sunday’s services from time. That we’ll introduce this wisely and will be a source of praise to our Lord.
2. That our original vision for small groups will be more fully realised in this autumn term.
3. For God-given fruit as we start 2 Samuel in September on Sunday mornings and 2 Corinthians in our Bible Studies.
4. Our pastor Mike Walton caught COVID whilst away on holiday at the Keswick Convention. He wasn’t seriously poorly, but his energy levels have not yet fully recovered.
