Give thanks for:

• Praise the Lord for the ways the Spirit is at work within the body, especially through the contributions of members within our gatherings.
• Give thanks for the many new homes been built in Stourport. We’re aiming to visit everyone as they move in and give them a welcome pack inviting them to church. Pray the Lord would bless it and use it to bring many to himself and to Christ Church.
• Give thanks for productive meetings with our Ambassadors and Trustees considering the next five years and the changes that need to happen to secure a healthy church. Pray that our church members are equally enthusiastic as this is shared and we would be trusting in the Lord not ourselves.

Please pray for:

• That we’d be encouraged through the current sermon series looking at what God cannot do, and grow in our confidence and trust in the Lord.
• For our planning for Christmas, that we’d be able to make the most of the opportunity it provides for people to hear the gospel of Christ.
