Give thanks for:

• The Lord enabling us to return to worship in our building, and for the positive response of our church family with almost everyone being back together again in person.
• Being able to once again celebrate the Lord’s Supper, which is a huge encouragement to us all.
• The guests who joined our first Christianity Explored course, and for an encouraging start to the course at the end of August.

Please pray for:

• That the unity we have enjoyed during these last few months would continue to be sustained, that any secondary differences amongst us would be put aside and that we would all seek to “put on compassionate hearts…, in all humility…, bearing with one another” (Col 3:12).
• That God would increasingly give us all a heart for the lost, and that we would see many in Salisbury come to faith through our efforts at reaching out to them with initiatives such as Christianity Explored and Conversations About Life.
• That those in our church family suffering with serious illness would look to the Lord for strength, and that he would graciously grant healing.
