Monday 29th September
Give thanks:
- For the Keswick Convention and all those in the church family able to attend and benefit from its ministry this year.
- For a number of families who have recently joined us and the consequent growth of our Sunday morning children’s and youth ministry and for our leaders’ commitment to this ministry.
- For the engagement of the church family over the summer as we have looked together at some of the less often preached letters in the New Testament.
Please pray:
- For our new Sunday morning groups (Trinity Tots, Trinity Trailblazers, and Trinity Youth); for Lizzie as she leads children and youth ministry; for the young people who come; and for their parents, that Sunday mornings would be a support to them as they seek to bring their children up to know Christ.
- For our midweek groups as they re-form after the summer and begin to study Luke’s Gospel together: that they may be a place where we all grow together as disciple making disciples of the the Lord Jesus.
- For the elders and trustees as they meet in October to pray and plan for the next five years at Trinity (with James 4:13-14 in mind).
