Give thanks for:

• That God brought along guests and visitors to Christmas services and events.
• Give thanks for the opportunity to serve a local retirement complex with their first candlelit carol service.
• Praise God that we had enough young people to relaunch our youth group on Sunday 14th January.

Please pray for:

• For our ‘Real Jesus’ enquirers course, which started on 14th January. Please pray that those invited would come; there would be a welcoming atmosphere; that the Lord would open people’s hearts to Jesus.
• That our youth group relaunch would encourage our young people, especially those newer to the church. Pray for Andy & Meera leading, with a guest helper each week from the church family.
• Several people are wanting to renew their baptism promises, having been brought back to the Lord and his people. Pray that this public recommitment would glorify God, encourage them and the whole church and lead to others being saved.
• Pray to the Lord of the harvest to raise up workers (internally and externally) for his harvest fields in South Yorkshire.
