Give thanks:
- For lots of encouragements as gospel seeds were sown through our Life ’26 Mission events in partnership with two other local churches before Easter.
- For the launch of our new Friday night Youth ministry, Anchor, for 11-14s providing a space for fun, fellowship and inviting non-Christian friends to come and encounter Christ.
- For God’s blessing and grace as we’ve multiplied from one to two Sunday services to make space for newcomers. We’re so thankful for those who’ve stepped up to serve in new ways, for the deeper fellowship we’re enjoying, and the many new people who’ve joined us.
- For Lesley Flecknell’s ordination as a vocational deacon, recognising and supporting her ministry as our Women’s and Communities worker.
Please pray:
- For a new after-school club we’ve recently launched on Mondays for children in Y3-Y6. Pray that lots of children from the local community would come & we’d have the privilege of introducing them and their families to Jesus.
- For growth and long-term sustainability of our 4pm service.
- For Lesley Flecknell, to have a restful and refreshing sabbatical (June-August), and for the wider staff team and volunteers as we cover her responsibilities in her absence.
- For our Holiday Club, running in the first week of the school holidays, to connect with many local families and have a lasting gospel impact.
