Give thanks for:

• For the Lord’s call to ‘abide in his love’ which we heard throughout our recent series on John 13-16.
• For lots of guests at our recent quiz night, and for our new English Conversation Class, which got underway just before half term.
• For how he is sustaining many of the church family through significant trials.
• For the blessing of several new people joining the church over the past few weeks.

Please pray for:

• Our mission is to receive the good news of Jesus, be transformed by it, and share it with our local communities and beyond. Please pray for us in light of this:
• That we would be humbly receiving God’s word, and that the Lord would give wisdom and faithfulness to all those teaching the word across the various ministries of the church.
• For the Holy Spirit’s work to transform us into the likeness of Christ – in particular please pray that our weekly discipleship groups would be places where we’re seeking to grow in maturity together.
• That we would connect well with our local community, take the opportunities the Lord gives to share Christ with them, and that he might bring people to faith. Please pray specifically for our upcoming Christmas events, including a Gingerbread House Decorating event on December 7th.
