Give thanks for:

• For God’s goodness to AMiE over the past year. We have much to celebrate as we gather together.
• For the men and women who are representing their churches at Synod, both lay and clergy.

Please pray for:

• Although it is a business meeting, at its heart Synod helps to keep the diocese focused on mission. Please pray that the culture of the meeting and the things that are discussed would be Christ-centred and help the AMiE churches and AMiE as a whole remain focused on the mission of telling people the good news of Jesus over the coming years.
• Bishop Andy Lines as he chairs the Synod and for Tom Smyth the AMiE Registrar as he helps to direct the business for the day.
• For wisdom and gospel-hearted decision making for all the Synod Reps.
